This was Garrett's first horse, Ziggy. Eight years ago, Ziggy broke his hip fighting over a mare with another gelding in the pasture. He made a miraculous recovery, and became an excellent trail horse. He was named Ziggy because he would rather zig than travel in a straight line down the trail.
